Terms and Conditions - Normal terms and conditions of rental apply at all times. All rates include VAT & Insurance and are subject to availability. *Despite the purchase of insurance an excess will be charged for any vehicle damage. Insurance is for mainland UK only.
Drivers - Drivers must be between the ages of 25-65 and possess a full category British driving licence for the type of vehicle rented. Drivers are required to have held a full, clean driving licence for a minimum of 12 months and have a clear insurance record. An administrative charge will be made for any additional drivers. No person other than the renter or approved additional driver / drivers are permitted to drive the vehicle rented. Seatbelts must be worn at all times as required by law.
Driving Licence / Identification - Driving licences and further forms of identification must be provided. Please note renters with new style driving licences must provide both parts.
Payments / Deposits - Full payment to be made on arrival to collect van. Deposit will be taken of a maximum amount of £200.00, which will be fully refunded if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was provided to the hirer. Most credit / debit cards are acceptable.
Rental Extensions - Subject to availability rentals may be extended by contacting Aspen Van Hire and arranging an extension during the original rental. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being uninsured. For every 1 hour that the vehicle is returned late, there will be an administration charge of £10.00.
Vehicle Availability - To avoid disappointment vehicles should be booked in advance. Models shown and all descriptions are for general guidance only and while every effort is made to comply with requirements we cannot guarantee a specific model. Half day hires are all subject to vehicle availability.
Fuel - All vans will be provided with a full tank of fuel and respectively should be returned with a full tank of fuel.
